First Choice VIP Care (D-SNP) wants to make sure you stay covered

The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) was able to keep Medical Assistance (MA) coverage open for most people during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) even if they were no longer eligible. Now, SCDHHS must make sure that everyone who is receiving MA is still eligible by reviewing each person's information.

Here's what you need to do now.

1. Make sure your address and phone number are up to date with SCDHHS.

  3. In Person: Go to your county eligibility office
2. Complete your renewal forms for SCDHHS when they are due
