Find a Pharmacy

We make it easy for you to find a pharmacy. Use the directory below. Even when you travel out of state, you can find a pharmacy in our nationwide network by using the pharmacy directory.

We call the pharmacies on this list our "network pharmacies" because we have made arrangements with them to provide prescription drugs to plan members. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered under First Choice VIP Care (D-SNP) only if they are filled at a network pharmacy or through our mail-order pharmacy service.

After you go to one pharmacy, you do not have to keep going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. You can switch to any of our other network pharmacies. We will fill prescriptions at non-network pharmacies under certain circumstances. See your Evidence of Coverage (PDF) for more information.

We also list pharmacies that are in our network but are outside the plan's geographic area.

How large is the pharmacy network?

You can fill your prescriptions at more than 1,500 network pharmacies nationwide. First Choice VIP Care contracts with PerformRx℠ to provide Medicare Part D prescription benefit management services. This includes a large pharmacy network to meet your needs.
